Service scope
zephyric-valley provides independent reviews, guidance, and documentation support for renovation projects. We do not act as contractors or project managers unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Confirm final decisions with your appointed contractors and designers.
- Ensure permissions and consents are in place before commencing works.
Limitations
Our recommendations are advisory in nature. We cannot guarantee construction outcomes when work is performed by third parties outside our control.
Intellectual property
All reports, templates, and written guidance remain the intellectual property of zephyric-valley unless otherwise agreed.
